Entrance

The property is located on Old Ferry Road with runs east – west and parallel to the South Thompson River. The house is located on the east half of the 5 acre property. A private gravel drive way divides the east and west sides of the property approximately down the middle.

A 30 ft cedar sign and gate frame the entrance to the private drive way. The front of the property along both sides of Old Ferry Road is framed with Russian Olive trees. The driveway is framed with Birch, Oak, Sumac, and Tulip trees.

Each side of the property is fenced with post and rails. The east side of the property has two metal gates. The west side of the property has one metal gate.
