Farm

There are two fenced pastures on the property, one on the west half of the property and one in front of the house, facing Old Ferry Road. Both are fenced with cedar and pine rails and are great for horses, cattle or other farm animals. Cattle and horses graze these pastures in the spring and summer months.

Both pastures are accessed by metal farm gates and allow for easy movement of animals between the pastures. A submersible pump in the river and a series of water valves supply irrigation for both pastures and the lawns.
