Landscaping

The property features a custom built river rock barbeque area which includes a large barbeque and spit, an outdoor sink, natural gas supply and an electrical outlet.  The barbeque is fast, easy to use and energy efficient and is connected directly to the house gas supply.  The barbeque also has an electric rotisserie, which can accommodate up to 150 lbs.

An additional natural gas outlet is also located on the house deck. 

Situated adjacent to the river rock barbeque area is a picnic table built for 20.  It is a perfect place to enjoy a summer barbeque with a spectacular view up the River.

Domestic and irrigation water are sourced from the river.  The domestic water is pumped through a filter system, including ultra violet light, located in a pump house on the property.

The property surrounding the house has been landscaped with low maintenance requirements in mind. The numerous garden beds contain shrubs and perennials, which are drought tolerant and native to the area. Natural rock frames the garden beds. A curved gravel walkway leads from the parking area to the entrance of the home. The vegetable garden beds have been framed to reduce maintenance requirements. The lawn areas have been designed with easy mowing in mind.
